Tour's Program

Upon Arrival at Cape Town International Airport at you are welcomed by our English speaking registered Tour Guide and Proceed to your hotel. Check in to Hotel and Relax for some time.
Meet your coach outside your Cape Town city center hotel and drive straight to the base of Table Mountain. Ride the cable car (own expense) to the top of the mountain, and then enjoy some free time on the mountain top to take in the views of the city below, of Robben Island in the distance and of the mountains that extend inland. Descend from Table Mountain via the round-trip ticket you purchased for the cable car, and meet your guide to begin your tour of Cape Town’s highlights. Visit the colorful Bo-Kaap neighborhood on Signal Hill (also called the Malay Quarter) and hear stories about the Cape Malay slaves of the 16th and 17th centuries, as well as their descendants who built this district. If time permits, pay a visit to the Castle of Good Hope - one of the oldest buildings in the whole country of South Africa - to follow your guide into its dungeons. Visit the Milnerton Lighthouse, the light that brings ships safely into Table Bay, and finish your tour with a stop at Diamond Works to tour the factory and hear about South African jewelry. Return back to your hotel after the tour.
The full day Peninsula Tour will take you around the entire Cape peninsula and show you the wonders of Cape Town - from the pristine beaches, to the spectacular sight of Cape Point, where the oceans meet. Start with Clifton and Camps Bay. Situated along the Atlantic Seaboard, the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay have been awarded Blue Flag status, offering pristine white beaches and beautiful, clear waters that make these beaches highly popular with locals and visitors alike. The small fishing village of Hout Bay is often jokingly referred to as the ‘Republic of Hout Bay’ by Cape Town locals, and has the sense of being an entirely separate town. Enjoy a 40 minute cruise from Hout Bay harbour to Duiker Island, the Seal Colony where you can see thousands of Cape Fur Seals close up in their natural habitat. Depart Houtbay via Chapmanspeak to drive to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Situated on the very tip of the peninsula Said to be the romantic meeting place of the two mighty oceans with the Indian Ocean on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The area spans across landscapes such as rugged cliffs, lush fynbos and vast open spaces – no Cape Town tour is complete without a visit to Cape Point. Take the Funicular train ride to the Light House offering visitors an exciting and novel method of travel. Taking the Flying Dutchman funicular saves visitors an uphill walk from the car park to see the old lighthouse and enjoy the panoramic views.

Next we visit Simon's Town which is the seat of the SA Navy, and has a charming coastal town atmosphere and a vibrant history. Here you can find a thriving harbour, a toy museum, navy museum and plenty of other sights – nearby is also Boulders Beach, which is one of the only places in the world that you can swim alongside penguins. Last stop is at The Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens which is world renowned for its diversity of flora covering 36 hectares of sprawling, landscaped gardens on the eastern slopes of Table Mountain. With an award winning treetop walkway, guided walks, popular restaurants to sunset concerts and outdoor movies, there is plenty to enjoy at the gardens. Return back to your hotel for overnight stay.
This morning, you will be transferred to the airport in Cape Town for your flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival in Johannesburg, travel by road to Sun City. Sun City is a vibrant mix of entertainment, water sports, golf, gambling and family fun. It is a lush and tropical fantasyland which is deep in the African busheled and has earned its reputation as Africa's Kingdom of Pleasure. Whatever you want, you'll find it at Sun City. From sizzling entertainment, world class casinos and restaurants which cater for all tastes, to the more relaxed poolside venues, quiet places, and lush gardens and extensive sporting facilities. These are just some of the elements that make Sun City unique to the world's entertainment resorts. Overnight stay at hotel.
The day is at leisure to enjoy various activities Sun city has to offer. Explore the Lost City and the Valley of Waves, fabled to be the ruins of a glorious ancient civilization, celebrate and bring to life the legends of this mystical city. The Lost City is internationally applauded for its wonderfully imaginative theme and exquisite landscaping whilst the fantastic Valley of Waves is one of the world's most exciting water parks. For the more adventurous an optional tour to the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, home to the "Big 5" (Buffalo, Elephant, Leopard, Lion and Rhino) for a Jungle Safari is recommended.
Today, you will travel to Johannesburg. En route visit Pretoria, affectionately known as the Jacaranda City for all the purple blossom-bedecked trees, which line its thoroughfares in summer. Pretoria is an elegant, quiet city that's a perfect contrast with its more frenetic neighbour, Johannesburg, just half an hour away. Enjoy a brief city tour of beautiful city and South Africa's Political Capital.
Just 2.5 hours from Johannesburg you will find the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, one of the best places in South Africa to see the famous Big 5 (the elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard). Pilanesberg Game Reserve is also one the most important geological sites on earth. The reserve has very unique geological features due to an extinct mega volcano which erupted 1.2 million years ago. Pilanesberg is also a paradise for bird lovers, with more than 370 bird species to be seen and heard. Along the way the tour will stop at points of interest. Stop at the Pilanesberg Centre for lunch where you will have the opportunity to photograph the animals that come to drink at the waterhole and maybe also purchase some typical African souvenirs. After a delicious lunch, get back on game drive mode looking to spot more of the local wildlife. In late afternoon the tour proceeds to the gate and exits the reserve. Make one last stop to stretch your legs and get ready before the ride back to Johannesburg. In the city, your driver will transfer you to your home/destination of your choice.
